  • We’ve spent decades studying startup cities, psychology, and innovation trends.

    We’ve invested in robotics, manufacturing, and AI startups, launched our own companies, passed innovation laws, started new schools, and remodeled old buildings into innovation campuses.

    This deep experience and insight gives us a window into how people are motivated, the best ways to build_ future ready cities, and what kinds of innovations and talent the future needs.
